End User License Agreement (EULA)

This document outlines the legal terms that govern your relationship with Singular App Development LLC ("Singular," "we," "our," or "us") when accessing or using any digital applications, tools, or software created and distributed by us (collectively, the "Software").

By installing or launching the Software, you indicate that you accept all terms specified herein. If you do not consent to any of these provisions, please remove the Software from your device and refrain from further use.

License Scope

Upon agreement to these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited-use license to access and utilize the Software for your personal and non-commercial needs. This license cannot be sold, transferred, or sublicensed to others.

License Rights

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to install and use the Software strictly for your own private, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply fully with this agreement.

Rights and Ownership

All intellectual property rights related to the Software, including underlying code, content, and design, are the exclusive property of Singular App Development LLC. No license or right is granted to copy, modify, disassemble, or create derivative content from the Software unless explicit written authorization has been granted.

Prohibited and Restricted Activities

The following actions are explicitly prohibited while using the Software:

Engaging in illegal acts such as fraud, hacking, phishing, or identity theft.
Sharing or distributing any material that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.
Utilizing the Software for spam, unsolicited messaging, or the transmission of offensive content.
Uploading, accessing, or disseminating explicit or unlawful materials (e.g., child sexual abuse content).
Using unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods.
Installing harmful software, malware, or viruses.
Interfering with the Software’s normal functioning or its security systems.
Attempting to breach user accounts, networks, or system infrastructure.
Employing unauthorized tools or scripts to exploit the Software.
Attempting to circumvent these terms in any form.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind—express or implied. We disclaim any guarantee of functionality, compatibility, or security. You assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to data loss or device malfunction.

Limitation of liabilities

In no case will Singular App Development LLC or any related parties (including suppliers, directors, or employees) be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Compensation for damages shall not exceed $30 or the amount paid for the Software, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions may not permit such limitations, in which case the minimal allowable liability applies.

Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Singular App Development LLC and its affiliates, staff, contractors, and partners from any liabilities, legal claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of this agreement, your misuse of the Software, or harm caused to third parties due to your actions.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes related to this EULA will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Georgia.

Termination

This agreement will remain valid until either party terminates it. You may withdraw from the agreement by uninstalling the Software. We reserve the right to revoke access without notice if any part of this agreement is violated.
